i`ll let you know when pistons are ready for export.
please note: piston clearance should be about 5/100mm. control conrod bottom bearings. they should be in good condition for extra load.
use ballistol or wd40 for fitting.. dont use a spanner. fix the pistons opposite into the sleeve first till gudgeon pin axle. then put the whole unit over the cyl.studs. dont forget scnd. clip!
use small amount of arexons motorsil, no hylomar.
kicking first times is very hard, but will be better after a few runs.
use 10/40 jaso spec oil for running in.
try some coldstarts first. then drive engine hard through the revrange for the first 20 to 50km for bedding in pistonrings, but know motorway!
change oil afterwards, then 500km, 1500, 3000km and at about 5000km you can switch to synthetic oil according to jaso spec.
control max. ignition for ping. use 4star petrol. use bosch w4cc, f5dp or at least equivalent with 240 heatrange and 0,55 gap.
115 mainjet on 25mm carbs is o.k.
